The top-seeded Georgia Gwinnett College men's tennis team begins its quest for a sixth straight NAIA national championship with a second-round match Wednesday, May 15, in Mobile, Ala.
GGC, with a 23-0 record this season, will play the winner of Tuesday's first-round match between No. 16-seeded Campbellsville University (Ky.) and No. 17 Arizona Christian University. The second-round match is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. central time.

A total of 24 teams are competing in this year's national tournament through Saturday, May 18, at the Mobile Tennis Center.
GGC has a 20-0 record during the past five years in matches at the national tournament. The team has received every first-place vote in the NAIA Top-25 poll throughout the 2019 season, and defeated No. 2-ranked Reinhardt University (Ga.), No. 3 Cardinal Stritch (Wis.), and No. 5 Point University (Ga.).

Federico Bonacia are tied for team-high honors with 20 singles wins this spring. Bonacia also has posted a 20-3 doubles record, including an 11-1 mark on the No. 1 court.
Freshman
Jose Dugo stands 18-1 in singles action, highlighted by nine victories on the No. 4 court. Sophomore
Valentino Caratini has won all 16 of his singles matches this season and stands 19-3 in doubles action.
Junior
Federico Herrera Duran has 31 victories on the court this year, including 16 triumphs in doubles play.
The Grizzlies defeated Keiser University (Fla.) 5-2 to win the 2018 national championship.
