The Georgia Gwinnett College men's and women's tennis teams begin the road toward another championship season as players will be competing in the Thomasville College (Ga.) Invitational and the Seahawk Fall Invitational University at the University of North Carolina Wilmington on Friday through Sunday, Sept. 13-15.

This action will open a busy fall portion of the 2019-20 season, with seven tournaments on the schedule. An interesting feature of this weekend's tournaments is that all matches will be contested on clay courts.
Both GGC teams are the defending NAIA championships, with players that earned individual national titles last fall.
The men's tennis team will be sending several singles players to Georgia and North Carolina, while the women's team will have four players competing in singles and doubles matches at Thomasville.
