The Georgia Gwinnett College men's tennis team has garnered the No. 1 national seed for next week's 2026 UTR Sports NAIA National Championship tournament, scheduled May 12-16 in Mobile, Alabama.

With a first-round bye, the Grizzlies (21-0) will begin the postseason event on Wednesday, May 13, by playing the winner of the match between No. 16 seed William Woods University (Missouri) and No. 17 seed St. Thomas University (Florida) on Tuesday, May 12.

GGC has won 10 national championships in its 13 years of postseason eligibility.

This year's team had a 7-0 record against opponents that are among the 24-team 2026 tournament field. It also captured the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's NAIA Indoor National Championship earlier this season.
