The Georgia Gwinnett College women's basketball team is scheduled to play 16 of its 28 games inside the Convocation Center during the upcoming 2026-27 season.
The Grizzlies, led by Head Coach
Tory Wooley, are coming off a 20-7 campaign that featured a championship game appearance in the Continental Athletic Conference Basketball Championship.
SCHEDULE
GGC opens the season with five straight home games, with four of those five games against in-state opponents. The campaign starts against Andrew College (Georgia) on October 22 before facing Spartanburg Methodist College (South Carolina) on Homecoming on October 24. In-state opponents during the season-opening home stand are against Truett McConnell University on October 28, Reinhardt University (Georgia) on October 31, and Life University (Georgia) on November 4.

The team hits the road for a game against NAIA national tournament qualifier Lindsey Wilson University (Kentucky) on November 14. The Grizzlies will host the Blue Raiders on December 1.
GGC returns home to face another national tournament participant Campbellsville University (Kentucky) on November 18. A home contest against in-state Thomas University (Georgia) follows on November 24 before travelling to Spartanburg Methodist on November 28.
The Grizzlies close out the 2026 calendar year with home games against Tennessee Wesleyan University and Johnson University (Tennessee) on December 16 and December 18, respectively.
The team begins the new year with a home game against Faulkner University (Alabama) on January 5.
GGC is scheduled to host a CAC Classic from February 5-6 against Champion Christian College (Arkansas) and Washington Adventist University (Maryland), respectively. That comes after participating in a CAC Classic in Temple Terrace, Florida from February 15-16.

Remaining home games during the program's second season include Morris College (South Carolina) on January 20; Georgia Southern University – East Campus on January 30; Stillman College (Alabama) on February 16.
The Grizzlies round out the 2026-27 regular season with road games against Tennessee Wesleyan University on November 7; Truett McConnell on November 21; Stillman on December 5; Andrew on December 10; Johnson on January 23; Carolina University (North Carolina) on January 27; Georgia Southern – East Campus on February 10; and Morris on February 19.
Georgia Gwinnett College will be hosting the CAC Basketball Championship for the second consecutive season from February 25-28.
