Braxton Meguiar received the Grizzly Award for being the GGC student-athlete who best embodies the core value of sportsmanship.

Jarvis was a NAIA first All-America team selection after earning the Continental Athletic Conference Pitcher and Player of the Year awards for the 2025 season. She helped anchor a pitching staff that led the nation in earned run average. The Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, native posted a 25-3 record, with five saves, and a 0.93 earned run average. Jarvis became just the seventh pitcher in NAIA history to achieve 1,000 career strikeouts. Villarruel captured NAIA singles and doubles national titles during the fall individual portion of the 2024-25 season. He was ranked atop the singles and doubles national rankings by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association throughout the 2025 spring campaign. Villarruel proceeded to have a 19-2 record in No. 1 doubles matches, while posting a 13-2 singles mark in matches on a variety of courts.

His 334 runs are a NAIA record. Meguiar batted .410 and started all 63 games for a team that reached the semifinal round of the Avista NAIA World Series.

GGC won a NAIA national championship women's tennis and reached the national championship match in men's tennis in 2024-25. The baseball and softball teams advanced to the NAIA World Series in their sports, and men's and women's soccer teams played in their national tournaments.
Continental Athletic Conference championships were earned in baseball, softball and women's soccer.
Meanwhile, the Office of Athletics hosted NAIA Opening Round tournaments in baseball and softball, an Intercollegiate Tennis Association regional tournament, and CAC championships in men's and women's soccer, baseball and softball.
At the banquet, Executive Athletics Director
Dr. Ian Potter reminded nearly 150 GGC student-athletes of the department's high expectations for the eight intercollegiate teams during 2025-26 sports season. The department will welcome men's and women's basketball for first-ever competition later this season.

Alumna Heaven Hinton-Gower also fondly recalled her time as a member of the first two softball teams, and how GGC alumni remain connected with the program, department and college.
