Five Georgia Gwinnett College men's tennis players have earned 2025 NAIA All-American honors for their strong play in leading the Grizzlies to a runner-up finish in the NAIA national championships.

Luis Francisco Sampedro on the second team.

Rocco was ranked No. 1 in the NAIA with an 18-2 record on the No. 1 doubles court, as ranked by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. He teamed with Villarruel to win the 2024 NAIA doubles national championship at last fall's ITA Cup. Rocco won seven of eight matches singles on the No. 1 court this spring.
Villarruel held the ITA's top mark nationally in singles and doubles, posting a 12-2 singles record in 2025. He won all seven matches on the No. 3 court and was 5-0 in No. 2 singles matches. Villarruel won the NAIA singles and doubles national championships at the 2024 ITA Cup.
Kalinin stood third on the team with 13 singles triumphs, highlighted by four victories on each of the No. 2 and No. 4 courts. He also posted a 16-4 doubles record this spring, led by a 9-2 mark on the No. 3 court.
Garmendia's 16-1 record in singles was tied for second on the team. He had an 8-1 mark on the No. 5 court and won all seven of his No. 4 court matches. Garmendia won the Universal Tennis Rating's inaugural 2024 NAIA singles championship last fall.

Francisco Sampedro also compiled 16 singles triumphs during the 2025 season, featuring four victories across three different courts. He added 15 wins in doubles action.
Georgia Gwinnett College finished the season with a 19-3 record and reached championship match of the NAIA Championships for the 11th consecutive season.
