Two new-look teams closed out the first point of the match. Senior

Andoni Garmendia and freshman
Kamron McIntosh-Ross scored a 6-4 triumph on the No. 2 court.

Coach's Corner
"We made a doubles lineup change and it brought good results. Santiago and Jeremias continue to dominate in their (No. 1 court) position and our two other new doubles teams stepped up and played well today. We look to continue this momentum throughout the rest of the season. Two new Grizzlies got an opportunity to play singles and get their first wins. I was proud of the effort the guys put forth throughout our singles lines today," said Head Coach
Hannah Keeling.
