The Georgia Gwinnett College Office of Athletics recorded multiple top-10 placements in the 2020-21 NAIA-SIDA Publications & Media Contest, announced by the organization Monday, June 14.
GGC's www.ggcathlestics.com website placed fifth place nationally.

In writing categories, a profile story on Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach Chase Hodges ranked fourth, while a feature story on baseball pitcher Rhian Mann was seventh and a story about GGC Video and Broadcast Coordinator Matt Mahony was eighth.

A game recap of the men's tennis program's record-setting victory March 15 earned ninth-place honors.

The website and writing entries were compiled by Georgia Gwinnett College Director of Sports Information Dale Long. This is the third straight year that he and GGC have been recognized in the publications and media contest.
