Biography

2017: Started 41 games and posted a .323 batting average...collected 42 hits, including four doubles...scored 22 runs for team that won the Association of Independent Institutions conference tournament and reached the NAIA opening round.

PRIOR TO GGC: Attended Pope High School (Ga.)...state runner-up (2012)...GHSA state champion (2014)...Georgia Dugout Club all-state selection, all-region recipient and team MVP during 2015 season...member of the Georgia Impact and Atlanta Vipers travel ball teams...participated in the ASA National Championships and Premier Nationals.

PERSONAL: Daughter of John and Stacey Staton...mother, Stacey, played slow-pitch softball for the University of North Georgia.
