The Georgia Gwinnett College men's soccer team has vaulted into the NAIA Top 25 poll for the first time this season, ranking No. 22 in the first regular-season poll, as announced by the national office on Wednesday, September 3.
The Grizzlies received 125 points in the poll conducted by a nationwide panel of coaches.

GGC (3-1-0) had received votes in the preseason poll and opened the 2025 campaign with three straight victories. The team suffered a 3-1 loss on Monday to current No. 7 Lindsey Wilson University (Kentucky) after leading 1-0 before playing the entire second half one player down because of a red card penalty being assessed.
Georgia Gwinnett College is scheduled to face three more teams that are featured in the initial Top 25 poll during the remainder of the regular season.
The team begins a four-match home stand begins with a match against Southeastern University (Florida), a team receiving poll votes, on September 13 at the Grizzly Soccer Complex, beginning at 2 p.m.
