A strong performance in a top-five showdown has led Georgia Gwinnett College senior
Ben Harris to being named the Continental Athletic Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

The right hander was dominant in tossing a complete-game victory against No. 3-ranked Reinhardt University (Georgia) last Tuesday. Harris struck out 10 batters and scattered six hits in the 4-1 triumph for the Grizzlies, ranked No. 2 nationally.
The Crystal Lake, Illinois, native lowered his season earned run average to 1.96 and improved his record to 8-0 for the season and 26-2 for his three-year career. The complete game was the eighth of his time in Lawrenceville.
Georgia Gwinnett College (37-4) is scheduled to host Milligan University (Tennessee) on Tuesday, April 15, at the Grizzly Baseball Complex, starting at 3 p.m. Then, the Grizzlies will host the CAC Showdown on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19.
