The Georgia Gwinnett College women's soccer team lost its final road match of the regular season with a 2-0 setback at Lindsey Wilson University (Kentucky) on Sunday afternoon in Columbia, Kentucky.
After a scoreless first half, the Blue Raiders (5-4-2) found the back of the net in the 67th minute on Efua Asabel's sixth goal of the 2025 season.
Later, Ashiat Naluggwa added an insurance goal in the 85th minute.
The Grizzlies (6-5-3) managed nine shots across the 90 minutes of action, including four shots on goal. Junior

Hannah Lorenz each attempted two shots.
Lindsey Wilson collected 13 shots, with seven being on goal. The hosts also held an 8-5 edge in corner kicks.
Turning Point
Sunday's match followed a similar script to Friday's match at Campbellsville University (Kentucky). Lindsey Wilson and GGC battled to a scoreless opening 45 minutes before the Blue Raiders broke through with the first goal. The hosts added an insurance goal in the final five minutes.
