In this match, the team quickly won the doubles point behind a pair of 6-2 triumphs on the No. 2 and No. 3 courts. Juniors Justine Lespes and Carol Mora collected the first victory in the No. 3 match. Then, sophomore Versace Gatti teamed with Carney to give the hosts an early 1-0 advantage in the dual match.

Lysykh doublesThe Fernandez-Lysykh doubles pairing, the NAIA's No. 1-ranked doubles team, rounded out the winners in doubles with a 6-4 victory on the No. 1 court.

The Grizzlies won all six singles matches in straight sets to complete the impressive showing.

Lysykh improved her record to 11-0 on the season with a 6-1, 6-0 victory on the No. 2 court. Lespes extended the lead to 3-0, while also remaining undefeated, with a 6-2, 6-1 triumph at No. 1 singles. Lespes, the NAIA's top-ranked singles player, concluded the regular season with a 13-0 mark.
