Goals came often and from several different sources in the Georgia Gwinnett College women's soccer team's commanding 7-0 victory Wednesday afternoon at the University of South Carolina Beaufort in Bluffton, S.C.
Five players accounted for the scoring barrage – matching a 7-0 victory against Thomas University (Ga.) on Aug. 31 for the most goals scored by the team this season.

Lauren Moss joined freshman
Joy Mertzig in rounded out the goal scorers.
The Grizzlies (12-3), ranked No. 12 in this week's NAIA Top 25 poll, scored three goals within the first 13 minutes of the road match. Bischof netted the first two tallies in the fifth and 12th minutes. Then, Gonzalez gave the visitors a 3-0 lead in the 13th minute with her second goal of the season.

GGC held a 4-0 halftime edge after Mertzig found the back of the net in the 26th minute. Second-half tallies by Berry that were 10 minutes apart, in the 49th and 59th minutes, and Moss, in the 67th minute, capped the team's scoring output.
