The Georgia Gwinnett softball team used homers from two different players and three runs from Felicia Shelton to cruise to 11-3 and 10-4 victories Tuesday at Talladega College (Ala.).

The Grizzlies (12-17) have won nine of their last 10 games after sweeping the season series with the Tornadoes (11-27) over four games.

Heaven Hinton homered in game one as she and Halley Ingram had three hits for the Grizzlies.

In game two, Brittany Bruns belted a home run and Jordyn Fones added three hits.

The Grizzlies have won three straight road games and continue a 14-game road trip with a pair of games Thursday at Truett-McConnell in Cleveland at 4 p.m.
