The Barons (2-7) tallied the game’s first score in the first inning but GGC responded with four runs of their own in the first and six more in the second.

Lima scored five runs over the next three innings to make it 10-6, but the Grizzlies pushed across two scores in the seventh and two in the eighth to seal the win.

Grizzlies starter Austin Smith struck out four over four innings of work.

Robbie Payne went 1-for-4 on the day to continue a 10-game hitting streak. Payne, Bates, Best and Woods each scored twice.
