Georgia Gwinnett College Athletics

Hailing from Hartwell, Ga.., Nate Adams graduated from the University of Georgia in 2020 with a double major Bachelor of Education in Athletic Training and Exercise & Sports Science. He is also an alum of Mercer University where he earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management in 2022.

Adams is in his first year working with Georgia Gwinnett College. Prior to joining Source Fitness Management, he was at Charlotte Independence Soccer Club (CISC) for a year and a half. At CISC, Adams served as the academy athletic trainer as well as the USL2 athletic trainer. While working on his master’s degree he served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Mercer University men's soccer program. 

In addition to his education, he currently holds additional credentials in the field of sports medicine. Some of these credentials and training include, First- Aid/CPR/AED, BLS instructor, and is a nationally registered emergency medical technician. Adams is also currently completing the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) certification. 

Adams resides in Buford with his dog Baxter.
