Native to Seattle, Washington, Ben was the Recruiting Coordinator and Head of Data Analytics for Yakima Valley College in 2022.
Prior to Yakima Valley, Krueger served as Associate Head Coach for Everett Community College from 2020-21 and was the Outfield Coach for the Trojans in 2019. He served as Recruiting Coordinator for Shoreline Community College in 2018.
Krueger founded the Benz Baseball program in 2017, where he currently serves as Program Director and Manager of the Benz Boys. He founded the Cascade Collegiate League in 2019, where he serves as Commissioner and Manager of the CCL Showcase Team.
Under Krueger's direction, over 100 Benz players have moved on to play college baseball, 35 CCL players have signed contracts to play in the West Coast League and 4 college players have been drafted or signed by MLB organizations.
Krueger earned his B.A. in Management/Marketing and minor in Communications from Oregon Tech in 2015.
