We are seeking highly energetic, talented, outgoing, hardworking, and passionate GGC students to become our beloved mascot, General.
How to Apply:
- Complete the Audition Application.
- After submitting your form, you will receive a follow-up email from the Assistant Athletics Director for External Operations, Deonne Moore.
- You will receive an email to schedule a Zoom interview with GGC Athletics. You will be notified following the interview if you are moving to the final round.
- For the audition, please have a prepared skit.
- Skits must be performed singularity and may not be performed in pairs or groups. Skits will be performed in mascot suit. Skits should highlight your creative ability and personality while still maintaining the character of General. Music must be provided by the student in a suitable format. Skits must be 1:00-1:30 minutes and appropriate for any GGC event.
- Students will be notified of a decision a few days after the audition.
Expectations for General include:
- The mascot program will be made of 2 GGC students.
- Attend all home GGC Athletics events.
- Participate in additional campus events.
- Be a GGC Ambassador.
- Perform with the highest level of dedication and commitment.
- Show a high level of pride at each event.
