General Ticketing Information

Digital-Only Ticketing

  • All GGC Athletics events use fully digital, cashless ticketing. No cash is accepted at the door.

  • Tickets must be purchased online at ggcathletics.com.

  • Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.

  • Seating at all ticketed venues is general admission unless reserved through the Grizzly Club.

  • For events at the GGC Convocation Center, re-entry is allowed only with the original scanned ticket.
     

Free Entry for Current GGC Students, Staff and Faculty

GGC Students, staff and faculty receive free entry with an All-Sport Season Pass. To redeem, follow the instructions below:

1. Select Season Passes.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Have a Passcode?”

3. Enter your banner (900) number. A new ticket level will populate, select All-Sports Pass.

4. Enter your information and download your pass to your digital wallet.

That’s it! Your All-Sports Pass is required for free admission to GGC Athletic events, so make sure you redeem yours before game day!

Single Game Ticket Pricing

Soccer, Softball, and Baseball

  • General Admission: $8

  • Seniors (65+), Military (with ID): $5

  • Free Admission:

    • Elementary school-aged children (5th grade & under)

    • Current GGC students, faculty, and staff (with All-Sports pass)

Tennis matches do not require a ticket.

Basketball

  • General Admission: $10

  • Students, Seniors (65+), Military (with ID): $7

  • Free Admission:

    • Elementary school-aged children (5th grade & under)

    • Current GGC students, faculty, and staff (with All-Sports pass)

  • Double Headers: One ticket covers both games; no separate ticket required.

Season Pass Pricing

  • Men's Soccer: $60

  • Women's Soccer: $36

  • Men's Basketball: $110

  • Women's Basketball: $140

All-Sport Season Pass

  • $250 (available by joining the Grizzly Club)

Ticket Refund Policy

No Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final unless the event is postponed or canceled.

Exceptions:

  • Postponement:

    • Option to use the original ticket(s) for the rescheduled date

    • Or request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement

  • Cancellation:

    • If not rescheduled, a full refund will be automatically issued within 10 business days to the original form of payment.

How to Request a Refund (Postponement Only):
Email Sarah Singler at ssingler@ggc.edu with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Original ticket(s) as PDF or image

  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
