The Georgia Gwinnett College men's and women's cross country teams are preparing for their inaugural season later this fall by hosting an open tryout on Saturday, August 1, at the Grizzly Athletics Complex, starting at 8:30 a.m.

Participants will run two miles and the tryout is open to current GGC students. Scholarships are available following the tryout.

GGC Athletics has launched both cross country programs for the 2026 season. The teams will compete in the Continental Athletic Conference.
