For the second time this spring, the Georgia Gwinnett College men's tennis team recorded a 9-0 victory – this time against NCAA Division I The Citadel on Sunday.
The Grizzlies have now won 86 consecutive matches.
GGC (4-0) won 24 of 31 games in sweeping the doubles action and taking a 3-0 lead in the match. The team was victorious in straight sets on five of the six courts.

Ayed Zatar and sophomore
Valentino Caratini earned an 8-2 triumph at the top of the doubles lineup. Junior
Gregor Hutterer and sophomore
Federico Bonacia remained undefeated on the spring season with an 8-4 victory at No. 2 doubles. Junior
Federico Herrera Duran and freshman
Daniel Czepielewski won eight of the nine games on the No. 3 court.

In singles, Bonacia registered a 6-2, 6-1 victory on the No. 1 court. Herrera Duran clinched the match with the team's fifth point by posting identical 6-1 set scores at No. 2 singles.
Caratini rounded out GGC players recording wins in doubles and singles action with a 6-3, 6-2 victory on the No. 5 court. Junior
Mika Kosonen won 12 of 15 games at No. 6 singles and freshman
Jose Dugo picked up a 6-4, 6-4 victory on the No. 4 court. Senior
Rafael Coutinho rounded out the Grizzlies' winners with a three-set triumph at No. 3 singles. He won the opening set 6-3 and closed out the match with a 6-2 score in the deciding third set.
