The Georgia Gwinnett baseball team suffered a 19-7 defeat Tuesday at Toccoa Falls College, the Grizzlies’ second defeat in three games against the Eagles this season.
The Grizzlies scored first and the teams were tied 4-4 after a busy first three innings. Toccoa Falls pulled away and handed GGC its fourth loss in five outings.
Georgia Gwinnett fell to 25-17 as it continues a five-game road swing while the Eagles improved to 21-12.
The Grizzlies visit North Georgia College on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. start before returning home against Emory on Saturday.
